After the RT400 IC or cloud library licensing is paid, what guarantees are there to maintain the service and to protect customers or users from the discontinue of the service – in case of Remotec closing down or other unforeseeable circumstances?

Before the project is confirmed for kick off, a Standard Licensing Agreement (SLA) will be signed between Remotec and the licensee. The SLA will list out all the relevant information, such as the maintenance start date, associated fees, the IR format, supported brands, regions devices, associated end user agreements and conditions and any other specific requirements or target dates.

Generally, if our service is discontinued, we will inform our customers at least 2 years beforehand so they will have sufficient time to prepare for the transition.
