If there are specific brands that I would like include in the database that is not currently supported, what will be the procedure of the inclusion?

As our code library will have a priority on device updates based on popular usage, customer feedback, product market analysis, and code library team’s expertise. If you can provide us with the original remote control of your appliance, then we can speed up the sourcing time of the device inclusions and provide you with an update schedule of the device. It will usually take within 1-2 months for the update into the system, which will be reflected on the next database build update.
