Why got the result (null) from GetsubRegion(C.13)?

GetsubRegion(C.13) is retrieving the sub-region of a selected device. Using sub-regions with the deviceID, it can provide a quick way to get a short list of major brands or common brands instead of browsing the all brand list from A to Z.
GetsubRegion(C.13) just supports the deviceID "12" in region "ASIA" only.
